Rattan Ring training is for solo martial arts practice. It is in the same category of tools as a heavy bag, wooden dummy, or iron palm bag. Unlike a heavy bag or speed bag that conditions the fist the rattan ring is ised to toughen the forearms and stengthen shoulders. The ring "gates" the hands and forces the practitoner to keep both hand actived during training. Rattan Ring Standard Exercises Part 2 focuses on chaining drills into a flow sequences. Watch your skill increase as you follow along through 20 repititions of each drill. The goal is to learn each drill completely so you can add it to your solo training practice.
